All products purchased from us are guaranteed against any defects in construction or operation which are not attributable to normal wear, overloading, abusive treatment, or careless handling and may be returned and repaired without charge by any authorised HITACHI dealer within the warranty period of 12 months after purchase.

Warranty conditions:

·         Customers must be able to present their original purchase invoice upon request.
Warranty is only guaranteed for those products purchased within the 12 months warranty period.

·         Most commercial tools have a 12 month warranty period however some tools if registered with purchase may be entitled up to 3 years warranty.  

·         All tools lodged for service and repair with us can typically be picked up on the same day, however on some occasions due to work load or repair complications, tools may take several days to be repaired.
